Hoe te registreren als makelaar / How to register as realtor?

Stap 1

Kijk even goed van te voren, of je voldoet aan de opleidingseisen. Daarna: meld je aan als makelaar via onderstaand formulier. Na het verzenden van het formulier krijg jij een mail en mogelijk ook whatsapp bericht om jouw account te activeren. Klik in die mail of whatsapp op de activatie link.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email and possibly also a WhatsApp message to activate your account. Click the activation link in that email or WhatsApp message.

Stap 2

Wij beoordelen jouw registratie binnen 1 werkdag. Voldoe je aan de opleidingseisen, dan keuren wij jouw account goed en ontvang je een melding. Je profiel staat daarna live op DutchRealtorCert.nl.

Log nog even in om je account verder aan te vullen. Hoe completer je profiel (logo, talen, diensten, etc.), hoe beter je vindbaar bent.

Na goedkeuring mag je ook het keurmerk van Dutch Realtor Cert gebruiken in je commerciële uitingen (zoals je website, visitekaartjes en drukwerk).

We will review your registration within 1 business day. If you meet the educational requirements, your account will be approved and you will receive a notification. Your profile will then be live on DutchRealtorCert.nl.

Please log in to your account to complete your profile. The more complete your profile (logo, languages, services, etc.), the easier it is for potential clients to find you.

Once approved, you may also use the Dutch Realtor Cert quality mark in your commercial materials (such as your website, business cards, and printed materials).
